By accessing or using the WriteCrew platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

WriteCrew is an AI-powered content generation platform designed for businesses. We provide tools to transform structured business data into blog articles, social media posts, and other marketing assets. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

Payment is processed securely via our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your sensitive card details on our servers. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

**Your Data:** You retain all rights to the business context, data, and files you upload to WriteCrew ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant WriteCrew a license to use, process, and analyze this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

**Generated Content:** Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, WriteCrew assigns to you all right, title, and interest in and to the output generated by the Service based on your User Content ("Generated Content"). You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Generated Content complies with applicable laws.

You agree not to use the Service:

• To generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

• To impersonate any person or entity.

• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

• To reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.

In no event shall WriteCrew, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
